Aureate Alpacas - Aureate runs a herd of huacaya and suri alpaca on a property located not far from Canberra. Currabungla Alpacas - located on 675 acres in the Sth Tablelands, near Goulburn NSW. Penny & John Pittard have been breeding alpacas since 1995 using elite genetics and aiming for Ultrafine fleeces. The Ultrafine bale project began after one of their fleece workshops.
